SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT
All no-shows and cancellations with notice of less than 72 business hours will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee/deposit with no exceptions. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no show. Clients that have a no show will be required to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments. Please check Waze for directions and travel time prior to your appointment date.
An appointment booking fee with a minimum of $50.00 is required. A booking payment is only transferable to your next appointment once. If you need to reschedule more than once, you will be forfeiting the booking payment. This fee will reserve the date and time of the appointment you schedule and will be charged each time you schedule an appointment. This fee will be deducted from the amount due that day. If you are getting your first, one time, free finishing session, your fee will be refunded.
Any procedure over $89.00 will require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. If your procedure requires special supplies to be ordered and you cancel for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of the supplies. There will be no refunds once the procedure is started, at any time, no exceptions.
All promotional offers require payment in full. All promotional offers purchased must be used within one year of the purchase date, otherwise; your purchase price will be applied to the current price for that service. No refunds on promotional purchases, your purchase price may be applied to an alternate service of your choice.
All permanent make-up finishing sessions are best when performed 6 to 8 weeks after the initial session. If the finishing session is not performed within 12 weeks of the initial session, additional charges may apply.
Guests
Please do not bring friends, family and children to any appointment. Pets (including service animals) are not permitted . It compromises the sterility of the area and prevents full concentration from the technician. If someone is interested in the services offered at NueBella, please have them schedule a separate consultation appointment, we prefer to focus on one client at a time. Our waiting area is reserved for clients waiting on their appointments only!
Sick
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you, a family member or a close proximity co-worker are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of our employees and clients.

Height and Weight Disclaimer
Our procedure chairs have height and weight maximum limitations. For your safety please inform us if you are over 6 feet tall and/or weight more than 220 pounds. If you fail to disclose this information and you are injured, NueBella is not responsible for any injuries you may sustain. You will also be responsible for the repair or replacement of any damage that is caused by you. Please inform us in advance so that we may find alternate accommodations if possible. We apologize for the inconvenience, your safety is our priority!
